One day a
man in his dream saw, that he was walking with God on a beach, his past was flashing
on the sky. He was complaining to God about the life God gave him. Suddenly,
God asked him to turn back, and he saw there were 2 footprints on sand - one
was his and the other one was God's. God was walking beside him, throughout his
life. He was happy and thanked god for his kind gesture. God asked him to look
back again to the worst moments of his life. The man again turned back, but
this time he just saw one of the foot prints on sand. He was sad and complaint
to god- "you were always with me, walking by my side. Why did you leave me
alone, when I needed you the most?"
God replied "My child!!! I love you, you are my best
creation. I was with you every time so you saw two foot prints. But in your most
tough time you saw single foot print, it is not because I was not with you; it
is because I was holding you in my arms when you gave up. To let the tough time
pass from your life and you regain strength and happiness to stand again.
There is a thin line between YES and NO. It is the fate of our deeds. When we decide YES - means we are determined to
perform our roles irrespective of adversities. NO – is the indication of
negative thought that blocks our path, it acts like a hindrance. There is even a
condition that lies between YES & NO i.e. situation of dilemma, we give up in
such situation and try to be on the safer side. This is the time, we prefer
being silent rather than coming to a conclusion. It is a state of indecision.
Sometimes we are lack confidence to decide what the answer should be and sometime we
are threatened by the impact of conclusion on our loved ones, those who are
close to our heart. Even if we stop performing, time plays its part. Our
decisions make us credible.
The motivation of inner self influences our decisions. There is a
super natural power that dominates us and gets through in all stages of life.
Sometimes we think its courage, sometimes we believe its GOD that resides in
our heart and gives power to opt for the right answer.
RAHI, for the journey of life
